All six homes in Stage 3 are tracking along nicely, with great progress across the board. One of the homes is nearly finished and on track to be completed by July 2025 — a milestone worth celebrating! Last month we saw steel framing go up and roofs installed across the development. Things are moving quickly as we work towards delivering these beautiful homes in the heart of beautiful Pāpāmoa.
